Nature of request
Gatacre requests remedy as he was put in exigent by Lutteley for the death of his father and his land, goods and chattels were forfeit whereby he was ruined and he and his family had nothing to live on. Gatacre was acquitted of the death and the sheriff of Shropshire was ordered to restore Gatacre's goods and chattels and to make Lutteley answer to the king for the wrong but he has done nothing, and Lutteley has of new taken his lands into his hand because of another exigent at which time he was imprisoned.
