Nature of request
Scot requests remedy as Wedone and other sued a writ against him for 8 acres of wood in Chesham, and by false return of writs and attestation of summons he defaulted and was amerced, and the land and profits were taken by them and his livestock seized. Scot went to Wedone's manor at Amersham for the delivery of his livestock but was imprisoned until he made release, and he has been unable to take action until now by the maintenance of Despenser and Baldok.
