Nature of request
Schultorp requests remedy. Sampson held land from Schultorp's father for the term of his life. Schultorp's father quitclaimed the land to Sampson in return for the espousal of his daughter to Sampson's son and heir. The writing for this remained in the keeping of Schultorp until the espousals were made. Sampson has seized the writing and has not made the espousals whereby he is in damage to his father.
