Nature of endorsement
Let a writ of Chancery be sent to Brunesgrave that he should bring and show his part of the indenture that remains in his possession to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer if they have not yet accounted for that time in the Wardrobe of the late king, and if they have accounted let it be ordered to the keeper of the Wardrobe of that time that he certify the treasurer and barons if Brunesgrave was charged in his account for the carts and horses or not; and if by that certification it is found that he was charged then the petitioner should have an allowance of the debt by the barons, and upon this let there be a writ to the treasurer and barons if it is necessary.
