Nature of request
The petitioners request that a commission be granted to the constable and bailiffs to arrest the forestallers of herrings and fish until they have made satisfaction for the trespass. The king ought to have portions of herrings and fish from the fish sold there, and the bailiffs have customs from the fish and herrings in aid of the fee farm. The forestallers' acts are affecting these profits.

The king will assign justices who will have them punished according to the effect of the statute.
