- Arnaud requests that he is granted a letter of order to the seneschal of Gascony, mayor of Bayonne and Peter Arnold to distrain Sauguine, his goods and his pledges without delay so that he can be paid of the money that Sauguine received as his attorney but then did not render to Arnaud and went into France. He further requests that the charters made between him and Sauguine be delivered.
