- Saresbury requests remedy that the sheriff be commanded to pay the tithes with the arrears for the king's fulling mill in the parish of St Lawrence, Stratford which has always been paid but which the sheriff detains.

- Let it be ordered to the sheriff of Wiltshire that if the mill be within the parish and the tithes have been given for all times previously as the petition supposes then the tithes should be paid according to what has been paid before these times and further he is to sue a process if he needs to.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- The petition has been dated on its guard to c. 1347 on the basis of a CPR reference. Although there is no direct connection with this petition, the dating of the petition to the mid-fourteenth century would accord with its general appearance and the handwriting style.
