- The mayor and commonalty request a grant of the profits arising from the king's seal for sealing cloths for four years in aid of the making of a ditch around the town, and of 300 oaks from the park of Clarendon, the forest of Buckholt or the forest of Grovely in aid of the construction of the pale.

- The king has granted the profits of the seal for a year, and 20 suitable oaks for timber, or such as seems to the justices of the forest as able to be taken to the least damage of the king.
