Nature of request
Ryrith requests remedy as his manor of Cloghran has been taken into the king's hand to recover the debt of Islip, though Islip only had a life interest in the manor. And he also requests that it be ordered by writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer of Dublin that they make delivery of the manor to the petitioner and all his other lands with his goods and chattels taken into the king's hand.
Nature of endorsement
Let it be ordered to the treasurer and barons of Dublin that if they are able by inquisition or in another manner to establish whether Islip had any other estate in the manner except only by the condition of refeoffer of the petitioner upon that they make delivery of the manor to him and discharge him of the demand.
