Nature of request
William Rogers requests remedy as Joan Rogers appointed him and Egeford her executors and devised to William Rogers a cow, and following her death they had the administration of her goods and chattels. There came John Rogers by reason of the reversion of all that Joan Rogers held from him in dower took and removed the cow against the usage of the country in the name of herriot.
