Riggeton requests allowance for money owed to him by the king in consideration for all his losses and service, he having served the king, and the king's grandfather and father in their wars in Scotland, Flanders and Ireland.

Let it be ordered to the treasurer, barons and chamberlains of the Exchequer that when they have viewed the bills mentioned in the petition, if they find that the debt is due then they should make payment, allowance or assignment as soon as they are able, receiving etc. and charging etc.
