Radeclyf requests reasonable mitigation as he has been maliciously indicted before Grey of procuring the indictment of Andrew de Roldeston to secure a quitclaim of certain tenements, and was imprisoned until he made a fine in 40 marks to the king when similar offences before the justice only incurred a fine of half a mark, or 20s.
