Nature of request
Beatrice de Ryhull and Agnes her daughter state that Philip de Mongomery came to her manor with force and arms on the Monday after Michaelmas four years ago, stole her livestock, and imprisoned her husband when he sued against him, so that he died in prison in the Marshalsea. Philip is now in the King's household, and she asks for a remedy, as she can prove what she says by loyal people of the country.

For the goods of her husband, carried off by force during his lifetime, there is no action for the wife.
