- Nicholas Russel states that, after his father's death, the bailiffs of Thomas, Earl of Lancaster disseised him of the lands that his father held of the King in Bradwell in Staffordshire, because he would not transfer his allegiance to him, and that these lands are now in the King's hand because of Lancaster's forfeiture. He requests grace and a remedy.
