Roger Rogere states that he was disseised of certain tenements in Bodmin by Roger Juyl and Thomas Folle, who enfeoffed Robert Tresilian, the former justice, with them. These are now in the King's hand, because of Robert's forfeiture: and he asks that they might be restored to him.
