Thomas de la Roche complains about the wrongs and harms done him by William de Valence and his bailiffs, about which he complained at the parliament held last Michaelmas, and was granted a writ on this matter.He complains that he has been unable to receive justice from William de Valence and his Steward of West Wales in his court, and has been attached and imprisoned. He asks for a justice to be sent at his expense to inquire into these wrongs, and that nine of his men, who have been imprisoned, might be released.
