Maurice de Rocheford makes two requests:1) He requests a warren in his manors of Tobernea, Kilbolane, Kylle y cofthi, Corbyn, Enniscorthy, Duffry and Killegney.2) He asks that he might be able to enfeoff the Prior and convent of Kells in Ossory with the advowsons of the churches of Ballingaddy, Effin, Killegney and Templeshanbo, in exchange for lands which they have in the March, adjoining Maurice's lands, notwithstanding the statute prohibiting the alienation of lands and tenements in mortmain.
