1) John de Rabayne states that in response to his petition in the last parliament, John de Metingham and Ellis de Bekingham, justices, were ordered to have Henry de Bray, Escheator appear before them, in the presence of the Bishop of Ely, and to let John have his record and judgment on the manors of Stewton and Thoresway, of which he claims to have been disseised by Henry and others; but, because of the death of the Bishop of Ely, they have refused to do this. He requests a remedy, so that he might have justice.2) Peter de Rabayne states that at the last parliament an inquest was ordered into his enfeoffment by Ellis de Rabayne with the manors of Waye and Little Puddle, of which he claims to have been disseised by Henry and others; but this inquest has been taken by Henry. He asks that it might be returned to court and a remedy be given and justice done to him.
