CPR 1327-30 pp.213-4 is dated 24 October 1327, and the commissions of oyer et terminer found in CPR 1327-30 pp.217-219 are dated November 1327. John Prentiz is mentioned on p.218. This petition probably dates from shortly afterwards, and a terminus ad quem is provided by the elevation of Richard Bury to the bishopric of Durham in 1333.
