Edmund de Pinkenye states that because he was of the retinue of Warren del Ille, who was of the quarrel of Thomas, Earl of Lancaster, Edmund de Assheby came to John del Ille's manor of Burley in Rutland, and drove off some oxen and horses belonging to him. He requests a remedy.

CPR 1321-4 p.406 is dated 9 April 1324, and CPR 1324-7 p.164 is dated 28 August 1325. This petition probably dates from around that time. It is very similar in style and hand to SC 8/67/3328.
