Edmund de Pinkenye states that Roger de Whatton came to Warren del Isle's manor at Kislingbury and took a horse and some money from Edmund on the grounds that he was of the retinue of Warren del Isle, who was of the quarrel of Thomas, Earl of Lancaster. He requests a remedy.

CPR 1321-4 p.406 is dated 9 April 1324, and CPR 1324-7 p.164 is dated 28 August 1325. This petition probably dates from around that time. It is very similar in style and hand to SC 8/67/3329.
