Description
Petitioners
Richard de Peshale.
Name(s)
de Peshale, Richard
Addressees
King and council.
Nature of request
Richard de Peshale states that he has previously petitioned, claiming an error in the record and process held before the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer, between the executors of Mary de Breouse and himself, his wife and Thomas de Breouse, and asking that it be brought into Chancery, and that he has been granted a writ as a result of this petition: but that nothing has been done. He asks that the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer be ordered to correct the error before them, or to send the record and process to Chancery so that others can correct it in their default.
Nature of endorsement
The Treasurer and Barons are to be ordered again to have the record and process brought to Chancery, by a writ containing the agreement made on this in full, and how they have not obeyed; or, if there is some reason why they ought not to obey the command, they are to provide information on it in Chancery.
