- Christina Prouet states that she gave certain lands in West Kington to Roger de Budestone for term of life, in exchange for a rent of 40s. per annum and food, clothing and horses for her son Nicholas; and that these lands have been seized into the king's hand because of Roger's rebellion and put in the keeping of Robert de Hungreford. He is withholding the rent and services, and Christina and Nicholas request a remedy.
