Nature of request
Edmund de Pakenham states that he married Mary, one of the daughters and co-heirs of Edmund Comyn, and that certain tenements were assigned in dower to Mary, Edmund Comyn's widow, after which she went to Scotland without permission: for which reason they were taken into the late king's hand. They were then granted to hold at the king's will to William de Bech, husband of the other co-heir, who has made waste in them. Edmund de Pakenham requests recovery for the waste and his share of the dower.
