- The commons request that the justices assigned to enquire in the counties of wool and other merchandise carried over seas without cockets or customs hold their sessions at places within the county for the greater ease of the people as they have summoned them to appear 30 leagues outside of the county to their great inconvenience and cost.

- Let a writ be made to the justices upon the grievances mentioned in the petition commanding them to make their sessions in the parts and places where the people are able to be more eased and less aggrieved, and where the king is able to have greater profit because of the ease of his people.
