Nature of request
The petitioners request that the justices assigned to hear and determine trespasses be ordered to take a suitable fine from them so that they are able to be delivered from prison. They were imprisoned by order of the justices for entering the park of Walden and chasing the animals there.1)

Let it be ordered to the justices, that if it thus, they should take a fine from them by the grace of the king.2) Coram domino rege.
