The petitioners request a remedy so that the crossings of the Humber are put in a more certain position according to ancient usage, as the ferrymen have increased the charges for crossings to the great impoverishment of the people of the counties.
Nature of endorsement
They should have a writ according to the statute made in the fourth year concerning such crossings.
