Burghersh requests a writ to the justices assigned to hold an assize of novel disseisin brought by Latherley against Margaret Burghersh for the manor of Lashley that they be advised that nothing is to be done to the prejudice of the king or to the disinheritance of the heir of Bartholomew Baddlesmere, and that they do not render judgement without consulting the king. The bishop is keeper of the lands of Baddlesmere and of his heir, and the manor and other lands have been taken into the king's hand by the minority of the heir.
