1) Nichole states that in shameful scorn of the king Dousing in many places and among the common people often insulted by evil words which Nichole is prepared to show.2) He further requests that the king will ordain certain people to enquire of those malefactors and their maintainors including Dousing and to hear and determine the things according to the law.

The king will ordain punishment of the trespassers in a writ for the justices and keepers of the peace in the county.
