- The people request remedy as Bedford and the others are seised in fee of the great part of the lands and tenements in the vill and grow corn and pasture their animals on the land. However they live in Stowe, and take their corn from the vill and do not wish to contribute to the wool tax and fifteenth to the people's great damage.

- They should have a writ to the collectors of wools and fifteenths that the corn growing in the vill of Maugersbury and of the beasts fed there be chargeable with those of the same vill notwithstanding that the corn and beasts are removed from the vill as reason demands.
