Nature of request
March requests remedy and that a writ of Chancery be sent to the justices of the bench before whom his plea was pending to summon Hornkek and his mainpernors before them to answer for the trespass that they have made against him. March had sued a writ of account to judgment against Hornkek but his mainpernors came and took his attorney and imprisoned him so that he lost his suit to his great damage.
