Mortemer requests that her dower lands in which she was jointly enfeoffed with her husband be delivered to her with the issues of the same as she has been ousted from them by the escheator and other keepers.1)

She should come into Chancery and show her charters and fines and what she has for her concerning the things contained in her petition, and let justice be done to her there.2) Coram rege.

The petition appears to date to 1323 as the petitioners seems to have been ousted by the forfeiture of Roger de Mortimer who was heir to the land (CPR 1321-4, p.266).
