Nature of request
Mile requests a charter of pardon as Leget entered the lands that were Eyr's who was attainted of a felony . . . an inquisition was taken on this and returned into Chancery . . . the king had his years waste.
Nature of endorsement
A writ is ordered to bring the record and process of the outlawry into Chancery, and it is to be ordered by a writ to enquire of the value of the land on the day of the outlawry and this is to be returned into Chancery. The chancellor having regard for this value is to take a reasonable fine and make a charter.
