Nature of request
Morlegh requests remedy and that the farm be paid to him for his land in Morleigh, or that the land be returned to him. He gave the land to Wylinton by an indented writing made between them, Wylinton rendering money for his sustenance for his life. However the land has been taken into the king's hand by Wylinton's forfeiture.
Nature of endorsement
He should show his writing in Chancery, and the truth of the matter should be enquired of, and when the inquisition is returned let justice be done to him in Chancery.
