Nature of request
Mohaut request that he is able to be restored to his possession since he was ousted without award or judgement from his position of master of Kepier Hospital. Mohaut was collated to the position of master by the bishop of Durham, but Eycot came and claimed the king's collation to the hospital on the supposition that the office was void, and ejected him and wrongfully wasted and destroyed his goods.
Nature of endorsement
He should have a writ of Chancery to make the clerk of the king come before the king at a certain day, and in the same place let justice be done to the parties.
