Nature of request
The countess requests that she be paid and served of the money which she is owed so that she can pay her debts to her London creditors and others, and that she have sufficient lands by the king's commandment. In the last parliament at York she was granted 2 marks each week for her sustenance, but a large part of this for sometime remains unpaid. She lives in London and is unable to pay her London creditors.1)
Nature of endorsement
Coram rege et magno consilio.2) Let it be ordered to the treasurer and chamberlains that according to the liveries of payment that they have for the petitioner they are to make payment or assignment.
