Mykelfeld requests that remedy be done to him as he has been maliciously indicted by Lone and others who have falsely alleged that he was an adherent of the late earl of Kent, by which indictment he was arrested and arraigned before the justices since he has put himself on the country to be acquitted of the felonies and treason.

He should go into Chancery and there have his recovery.
