Nature of request
Mundon requests remedy and that the receipts are able to be tried by foreign people as John Wroth when he was sheriff of London imprisoned him and falsely prosecuted him and his brother because Mundon when he was keeper of the peace had complained against Wroth and others. He has been ejected from his land, his goods have been seized, and he has resided in prison for 5 years and fears that he will die there without remedy, and there are errors in the record and process.
Nature of endorsement
After judgement is rendered to him if there is an error, he should sue to have a commission to redress the error by the law.
