- Nature of request
- The petitioners request that a remedy be ordained that they as patrons of the church of Bridgford are not arbitrarily disinherited of it. They and their ancestors have the advowson of the church, and have presented vicars to the church. Now the escheator by an inquisition has alleged that the church is annexed and parcel of the chapel of Tickhill, and disinheriting them.
