Nature of request
Mounteclare requests that it is ordered that payment be made or an assignment wherever he able to be served. Edward II in his 12th year ordered by his writ de liberate to the treasurer and chamberlains of the Exchequer to pay a sum to Frisot for horses bought from him, which writ still resides in the Treasury of which nothing has been served nor payment made.
