- Morlegh requests remedy and that the farm be paid to him for his land in Moreleigh, or that the land be returned to him. He gave the land to Wylinton by an indented writing made between them, Wylinton rendering money for his sustenance for his life. However the land has been taken into the king's hand by Wylinton's forfeiture.
