Monemouth requests remedy concerning a suit of novel disseisine that was prosecuted against him by the Paunsefots. He had made the record and process be brought before Scrope and his companions to reverse the suit because of errors in it, but Scrope by the maintenance of Wodehouse has prevent the reversal.

The record should be brought before the council.
