Nature of request
Le Moigne, Droxford and Avenel request remedy concerning the manor of Froxfield. Le Moigne and Joan his wife demanded from Droxford the manor of Froxfield by right of Joan by a writ of formedon in le reverter, eventually Droxford abandoning his plea whereby seisine was adjudged to the le Moignes. During the time that the plea was pending Crok by false conspiracy attempted to disturb them in their possession of the manor. Farman has been attainted, but Moigne requests that the justices be ordered to proceed against Barking.
Nature of endorsement
This petition is not able to be accomplished because the commission made in this part is repealed, but concerning this the aggrieved party can sue by writ of trespass at the common law.
