Nature of request
Mellere requests that he be granted a charter of pardon for felonies and trespass, and if he does not wish to grant this, that he will grant a pardon of his suit of this robbery which was done in the vill of Chiswick at the house of John Letyse in the county of Middlesex since he is on the point of death by default in prison. He has been indicted of a robbery made in Middlesex by the procurement of Areblaster and surrendered into King's Bench and has been held in prison for a long time and is not able to be mainprised.1)
