Cumberland to Newcastle, enclosing a plan for the reduction and future establishment of the king's land forces in Great Britain [SP 87/25/85] and Ireland [SP 87/25/86], formed in concert with [Henry] Pelham and Lord Harrington. Alterations from the plan he showed the king in Hanover. He suggests disbanding Bragge's regiment rather than Conway's. Dated at headquarters at Eindhoven. ff. 163-165
