Hewett v Sewell. Depositions.

The bills and answers of these cases are together. two answers apply to both cases.

Plaintiffs: James Newen Barlow and another.

Defendants: Thomas Sewell and William Kirkpatrick.

Amended by an order dated 26 Feb 1838: John Hewett, Henry Sewell, Ann Newen Hewett, Ann Newen Hewett (junior), Mary Hewett, Frances Hewett, Elizabeth Hewett, Charlotte Hewett, Helen Hamilton Hewett and William Vincent Bowen Hewett added as defendants.

Revived Hilary 1837 plaintiff's name Hewett.

Plaintiffs: Thomas Hewett.
