Gurner v Fullerton. Depositions.

Plaintiffs: Mary Ann Gurner.

Defendants: John Fullerton, Thomas Garth, William Townsend, Elizabeth Mease, Treandaphelia Garth Robinson, Henry John Shepherd and Francis Iveson.

Amended by order dated 19 December 1837: Samuel John Davidson and wife added as defendants. Treandaphelia Garth Robinson removed as a defendant.

Amended by an order dated 23 February 1838: Philip Vibert added as a defendant.
