Plaintiffs: Ralph Culshaw the younger.

Defendants: Catherine Caunce, Ann Caunace otherwise Ann Eccleston (now wife of John Buller) Ralph Culshaw senior and Ellen Culshaw.

Amended by an order dated 30 Oct 1804: James Lea added as a defendant.
