Forwards certificate to show that Freeman Murray resumed his duties as Governor and Commander and Chief of Bermuda on 15 February and that he is entitled to salary for that period at a rate of £2200 a year. Also notes that he is entitled to a half salary for 1 January to 14 February. Encloses a note from Governor Murray.
