Reports that after considering the petitions of convicts Thomas Bennis, Henry Jackson, and William Collins it was concluded that there was 'no reason for departing from the usual course in any of these cases'. Also mentions the petition of Patrick Foley whose name was 'accidentally' left off the lists of those recommended for 'indulgence' for their services during the outbreak of yellow fever in Bermuda in 1856.
